Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Partner based in Telangana, India. The Senior Business Partner will be responsible for overseeing strategic business planning, managing client relationships, and leading project execution and development. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with various teams to align business goals with operational execution, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, and developing innovative solutions to enhance business efficiencies and outcomes. Additionally, the Senior Business Partner will be involved in financial planning, capital raising ventures, and negotiating high-impact project proposals.

Qualifications

• Strategic Business Planning and Client Relationship Management skills
• Experience in Project Execution, Development, and Operations Management
• Strong capabilities in Financial Planning, Capital Raising Ventures, and Project Financing
• Proven track record in Market Research and Business Opportunity Identification
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site in Telangana, India
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in the engineering, industrial, or infrastructure sectors is highly beneficial
