Senior Business Partner

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Relations & Compliance

• Act as the primary Employee Relations (ER) contact for India-based teams.
  
• Resolve employee concerns with fairness, confidentiality, and adherence to India labor laws and company policies.
  
• Conduct, document, and close ER/EE/Legal investigations within statutory timelines as per POSH Act requirements, in partnership with Employment Law.
  
• Identify people-related risks and advise leaders on compliant and culturally appropriate decision-making.
  
• Monitor ER trends and support proactive action planning.
  

2. Workforce Planning & Talent Enablement

• Partner with business leaders on organizational design, staffing models, and skill-capability needs.
  
• Support workforce planning cycles, including succession planning and internal mobility.
  
• Analyze people data (performance, engagement, attrition) to recommend actionable insights.
  

3. Manager Capability & Leadership Coaching

• Coach people managers on feedback, inclusion, accountability, and hybrid team leadership.
  
• Collaborate with L&D to deliver core manager enablement programs across India.
  
• Guide leaders on performance expectations, goal-setting, development planning, and corrective actions.
  
• Facilitate performance review readiness and calibration discussions.
  
• Reinforce organizational values through leadership behaviors and recognition programs.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8 - 12 years of HRBP/ER experience within a matrix or multinational environment.
  
• Strong knowledge of

  India labor laws

  , ER investigations, and POSH compliance.
• Proven experience in

  leadership coaching

  , talent management, and workforce planning.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with maturity and sound judgment.
  
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Experience working in a GCC environment is preferred.
