Senior Business Manager

As a Senior Business Manager - Sales, you will have ownership of ensuring Client Satisfaction for all projects within your territory. Your role will be crucial in developing and implementing the Livpreneur success strategy in your assigned area. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will take the necessary steps to drive growth in alignment with the demand in your territory. Your responsibilities will include: - Enabling Livpreneurs to meet their qualitative and quantitative targets. - Defining scope, estimating interiors, and facilitating connections between Customers and Service Partners based on customer requirements. - Visiting Customer sites with Service Partners to assist Customers in finalizing the scope and quote with the Service Partner. - Conducting regular meetings (Online/Offline in future) with Livpreneurs to address and resolve their concerns effectively. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any stream with at least 15 years of Academic education. - 3+ years of work experience in Business Development and Growth, with a minimum of 1 year in B2C Sales. - Proficiency in multitasking and managing complex operational structures. - Strong skills in Sales & Business Development. - Must be willing to travel across India/regions of India. - Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective people skills. - High level of ownership and commitment towards achieving targets. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
