Senior Business Development Officer

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in B2B and luxury retail segments.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, and key channel partners.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to brand growth within the Indian market.
• Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to shape business development strategies.
• Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and other industry events to build visibility and connections.
• Ensure a seamless client experience throughout the sales journey—from initial pitch to final delivery.
• Provide regular reports on lead pipeline, conversions, and overall sales performance.
  

Candidate Requirements:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in interior design, luxury furniture, or lifestyle sectors.
• Proven ability to manage and grow high-value client accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interest in interior design, furnishings, and home décor trends.
• Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
