Senior Business Development Manager

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company goals.
• Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies.
• Deliver sales presentations and prepare proposals for prospective clients.
• Maintain and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Mentor and support junior team members in business development activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related area.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
