Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Market Penetration

• Own the complete sales cycle for the U.S. geography, from prospecting to closing.
• Develop and execute market-entry and expansion strategies.
• Experience working with Industries like PSPs, BFSI sectors.
• Identify high-potential segments and create targeted outreach plans for discovery conversations.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Ownership

• Oversee outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and content-led campaigns.
• Evaluate and qualify incoming leads; ensure constant funnel momentum with structured follow-ups.
• Work closely with BDE teams to refine lists and improve targeting accuracy.

Proposal, Pricing & Negotiation

• Drive the creation and delivery of proposals, SoWs, pricing structures, and RFP responses.
• Work with internal teams to align delivery capabilities with client expectations.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract finalization.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Manage, mentor, and guide BDEs, and Data Mining Executives to improve performance and conversions.
• Set KPIs, monitor activity levels, and ensure consistent reporting and accountability.
• Coordinate with BA, PM, Delivery, and Tech teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and engagement.

Relationship Building & Account Growth

• Maintain strong rapport with long-term prospects and customers through personalized follow-ups.
• Re-engage cold accounts using strategic messaging and value-led touchpoints.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across managed services.
