This role involves consultative selling, strategic account engagement, team leadership, and deep collaboration with CXOs and senior decision-makers. The Sales Manager leads outreach, pipeline development, opportunity qualification, and high-impact presentations while guiding a cross-functional team to ensure successful conversions and long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy & Market Penetration Own the complete sales cycle for the U.S. geography, from prospecting to closing. Develop and execute market-entry and expansion strategies. Experience working with Industries like PSPs, BFSI sectors. Identify high-potential segments and create targeted outreach plans for discovery conversations. 2. Lead Generation & Pipeline Ownership Oversee outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and content-led campaigns. Evaluate and qualify incoming leads; ensure constant funnel momentum with structured follow-ups. Work closely with BDE teams to refine lists and improve targeting accuracy. 3.
