Senior Business Development Executive

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Experience Required: 3–4 Years Location: Panchkula (On-Site) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 3–4 years of experience to join our team in Panchkula. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, and working with platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour (PPH) , and others. Familiarity with technologies such as WordPress, Laravel, React, Full Stack Development, and SEO is essential. Key Responsibilities: Generate qualified leads through bidding platforms including Upwork, Fiverr, PPH , and others. Convert leads into successful projects by understanding client requirements. Coordinate with internal technical teams to scope out projects and prepare proposals. Consistently achieve monthly targets and objectives. Attend client meetings (in-person or virtual) as required. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business. Draft and present professional proposals and documentation. Keep up to date with market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–4 years of relevant experience in business development or client acquisition in the IT domain. Proven track record with platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, PPH , etc. Strong understanding of WordPress, Laravel, React, Full Stack technologies, and SEO . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Ability to meet monthly performance targets.
