Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) Experience Required: 2–2.5 Years Location: Panchkula (On-Site) Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and driven Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) to join our on-site team in Panchkula. The ideal candidate will be experienced in lead generation and client engagement , with a solid understanding of IT services and digital technologies. Key Responsibilities: Generate quality leads through various online platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour (PPH), Guru, and LinkedIn . Conduct initial client communication, including calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Manage ongoing interactions with potential and existing clients. Collaborate with internal teams to understand service capabilities and relay accurate information to clients. Maintain accurate records of lead data and follow-ups in the CRM. Contribute ideas for improving outreach strategies based on industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–2.5 years of relevant experience in Business Development in the IT sector. Strong expertise in lead generation techniques and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with client interaction and handling calls professionally. Foundational understanding of key IT domains, including: Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, Laravel, Full Stack Development, Python Digital Services: SEO, Graphic Designing Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
