Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong market understanding, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in converting leads into successful property sales. You will be responsible for generating business opportunities, building customer relationships, and meeting revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through leads, referrals, networking, and market research.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about residential & commercial real estate projects.
  • Conduct project site visits with clients to showcase property features, benefits, and investment value.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure high conversion and repeat business.
  • Understand client requirements and offer suitable property options to meet their needs and budget.
  • Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and project teams for smooth post-sales processes.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain daily sales reports, follow-ups, and client interaction data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software.
  • Strong market knowledge and customer handling skills.
  • Presentable personality with confidence during client interactions and site visits.
