Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior BDE – NGO & B2B Sales who is empathetic, driven, confident, and excellent at building partnerships. This role will focus on expanding relationships with NGOs, schools, hospitals, disability organizations, and institutional buyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage NGOs, disability organizations, and B2B institutional clients across India.
  • Build strong long-term partnerships and sales pipelines.
  • Conduct product demos, awareness sessions, and presentations for leadership teams.
  • Draft proposals, quotations, MoUs, and impact-oriented documentation.
  • Manage lead generation, follow-ups, and negotiation for NGO & institutional sales.
  • Coordinate with logistics, operations, and support teams for smooth delivery.
  • Visit partner organizations for trainings, camps, and on-ground outreach activities.
  • Maintain Excel trackers, sales reports, and communication using Microsoft Office.
  • Represent Torchit at conferences, expos, and NGO events.

Required Skills & Qualities

  • Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel).
  • Empathy, patience, and a passion for social impact.
  • Young, energetic, and self-driven with ownership mindset.
  • Experience in NGO partnerships, institutional sales, or B2B development preferred.
  • Ability to travel and handle on-ground client engagement.
  • Comfortable engaging with beneficiaries, NGOs, and field teams.

Qualifications

  • Graduation or Post-Graduation in any field.
  • Experience in B2B sales or NGO partnerships is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
