Hiring: Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA)

• Work Model: 1 Month Work From Home, then Office (Noida / Bengaluru)

• Experience Required: 2–6 Years

• Qualification: Graduates Only

• CTC: ₹9–12 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

Mandatory Requirements

• Prior experience in EdTech sales is compulsory

• Candidates with combined EdTech + Non-EdTech sales experience can also apply

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Strong exposure to B2C/B2B sales and high-ticket closures

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead engagement to closure

• Work on warm and high-intent leads

• Conduct sales calls, product demos, and follow-ups

• Maintain accurate data and updates in CRM

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets

• Coordinate with internal teams to improve conversions

• Provide guidance and support to junior BDAs when required

Skill Set

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability

• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and performance-driven

• Comfortable with fast-paced sales environments

• Willingness to transition from WFH to office setup
