Senior Business Consultant

Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic professional to support new business setup, planning, and registration processes while actively developing and managing strategic partnerships and business link-ups across the country. The role involves conducting market research and preparing business reports to identify emerging opportunities, assisting in strategic growth initiatives and project coordination, and building strong relationships with business partners and startups. The ideal candidate should be passionate about exploring new business ideas, driving innovation, and contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in new business setup, planning, and registration processes
• Develop and manage business link-ups and partnerships nationwide
• Conduct market research and business reports on emerging opportunities
• Assist in strategic growth initiatives and project coordination
• Build strong relationships with business partners and startup
• Explore New business Ideas.

Qualifications

• MBA(Business / Management & Entrepreneurship)
• 6–8 years of HR experience (startup experience preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of entrepreneurship, business operations, and analytics
• Good knowledge of business networking & partnership development
