We’re Hiring: Junior Business Analyst (Fresh Graduate)

Location: On-site – Vijayawada

Start Date: July 1st, 2025

Salary: Up to ₹3.0 LPA

Are you a sharp-minded graduate with a passion for data, design, and digital storytelling? We’re on the lookout for a Junior Business Analyst who blends analytical thinking with creative flair to join our fast-growing team in Vijayawada.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in gathering and analyzing business data to inform marketing and product strategies.
• Support the marketing team with visual content – reels, creatives, reports, and presentations
• Create and edit content using tools like Canva or Photoshop
• Help in editing Instagram reels or short-form videos for digital campaigns
• Conduct on-site photography for content generation (added advantage)
• Coordinate and communicate across design, marketing, and business teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Fresh graduates only (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related fields)
• Working knowledge of Canva / Photoshop (basic design skills)
• Interest or experience in reel editing, content creation, and basic digital marketing
• Strong observational and analytical skills
• Basic photography skills (preferred, not mandatory)
• Willingness to work on-site full-time in Vijayawada
