Role Description

This is a month contract on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst located in Chennai. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for working on a Conversational AI deployment project. The role involves daily communication with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, perform data analysis, prompt engineering and interacting with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and problem-solving
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, including understanding and documenting business requirements
• Excellent Communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and team members
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing Business Processes
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field
• Experience with AI technologies is a plus
