Senior Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at Pixentia in Vijayawada, you will play a crucial role in customer engagement, analyzing client requirements, and collaborating with engineering teams to implement solutions. Your responsibilities will include working with Talent Leaders and executives to translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications across various domains like Retail, Education, E-Learning, and HR. You will be expected to interact with customers to identify and address day-to-day business challenges, as well as propose innovative solutions to enhance existing systems and processes. Additionally, you will evaluate the effectiveness of new processes and systems, provide ongoing support for HR systems, and ensure the confidentiality of customer data. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business, along with at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Visio, and MS Project is essential, as well as a solid understanding of application programming, database management, and system design. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
