Validate that AI-generated outputs (email drafts, qualification scripts, forecasting insights) meet business rules, compliance standards, and quality thresholds. Change Management & Training Develop change-management strategies: communication plans, user-guide documentation, and role-based training materials. Conduct end-user training sessions and workshops to drive adoption of automated workflows. Preferred qualifications: Experience: 10+ years as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst, with at least 5 years focused on sales-process transformation or CRM implementations.
