● Expertise in insurance processes (Quote, Policy Issuance, Finance, Claims).
● Hands-on with SQL, API integration; exposure to Java/microservices is a plus.

Responsibilities:
● Partner with business teams (Sales, Underwriting, Operations, Claims, Finance)
and external partners.
● Elicit requirements, design system solutions, and define customer journeys.
● Work closely with development teams on planning and delivery.
● Drive sprint planning with Product Managers.
● Align business priorities with technical execution.
