Role & responsibilities Lead requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear, actionable deliverables. • Prepare and maintain BRDs , FRDs , user stories , wireframes , and process flow diagrams . • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, development, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery. • Manage Agile processes including sprint planning , backlog prioritization , and JIRA tracking . • Oversee payment gateway , KYC , and third-party API integrations. • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment. • Participate in UAT and ensure deliverables meet functional and business requirements. • Support product roadmaps and feature prioritization in coordination with project managers. Preferred candidate profile 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software development environments. • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Web3 , Blockchain , or Generative AI projects . • Proven expertise in requirement gathering , functional documentation , and Agile methodologies . • Strong command of JIRA , Confluence , and wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq). • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
