Job Description

Roles and Responsibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and systems.
  • Conduct interviews with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide recommendations.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with new projects or changes to existing systems.
Job Requirements
  • Strong understanding of IT Service & Consulting industry, particularly in Payments & SWIFT domain.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience working with international BPOs is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems is desirable.
