Job Description

The Digital Transformation Sr. Manager is responsible for driving performance and operational excellence through transformation, digital embedding. He/she will also enable digitization of current manual processes by developing the vision and roadmap of digital transformation for the client and internal stakeholders. Also, lead the signed off digital deliveries.
He/She will also be responsible for the overall direction, coordination and implementation of new/existing programs/digital deliveries. Expected to do process mining, process reengineering & build innovative tools & processes for new & existing clients to support the rapidly changing business environment while maintain an exceptional customer experience.
Bachelors/Masters in any stream, Project Management Certification Preferred, Black Belt Certification, Minimum 10 years of total work experience with at least 5 years of relevant in BPO / ITES industry. Experience in Digital project deliveries and in managing projects costs and margins. Proven to be technically savvy and showcase strong business acumen and solutioning experience.
Digital Transformation Function:
Good understanding of RPA/Cognitive tools (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UI Path, Work Fusion) along with knowledge of tool capabilities, features and functionalities
End to end business solution delivery leadership and ownership across entire delivery lifecycle (diagnostic, solutioning, pricing, client proposals and solution delivery)
Strategic thinker and responsible to drive Digital Transformation in Utilities to the future state as per market
Ensure compliance with company and IT procedures, policies, risk and documentation requirements (Feasibility study, BRD, SDD, Release Notes)
Highlights risks and issues throughout the project life cycle to respective business unit leader
Project delivery and business solutioning in Utilities Domain. Leading the project delivery including Interacting with Development and testing team, Business team/ Operational Leadership, and/or Senior Management throughout the project for smooth delivery.
Completing business analysis responsibilities like gathering user and functional requirements, creating functional specifications, functional testing etc
Engages with diagnostic/ pre-sales team and clients to understand customer requirements and drives digital infused business solutions.
Perform investigational analysis and evaluation to determine project or application feasibility.
Able to manage budgets and technical estimation in respect of the planning process
Ensure the timely and within budget leading to successful completion of the projects.
Shift timings are 2-11p.m. and can be flexible according to the project.
Available to work in night shifts as well.
Excellent communication skills.
