Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive IT service sales, generate new business, and build strong client relationships. The role includes attractive performance-based incentives in addition to the salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT services.
• Generate leads through calls, networking, social media, and market research.
• Meet clients, understand business requirements, and propose suitable IT solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized service solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential partnerships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a proper sales pipeline and provide weekly progress reports.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of IT services such as software development, web development, cloud services, and IT support.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms.
