Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to evaluate business processes, gather

requirements, and drive process improvements. The role involves conducting in-depth analysis,

documenting workflows, performing user acceptance testing, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions

Key Responsibilities:

 Analyze and optimize business processes, identifying areas for improvement.

 Gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.

 Conduct meetings, presentations, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

 Perform user acceptance testing and support implementation of new systems.

 Manage projects, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery.

 Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.

 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

 Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to influence stakeholders and drive solutions.

 Advanced technical and documentation expertise.

 Experience in reporting and delivering presentations.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

 Strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities.

 Proven track record of meeting commitments.
