  Leverage analytic techniques to use data to guide business and decision
• makingDesign custom analyses in Python, Tableau, SQL and Excel to investigate and provide insights on the b
• usinessSynthesize and communicate results to business owners through oral and written presentations

ctions.You Will Thrive in This Role

• If You:
  Bachelor&aposs or master&aposs degree required in any discipline with strong record of academic success in quantitative and analytic coursework such as operations research, applied mathematics, management science, data science, statistics, econometrics or eng
• ineering.2-4 years of relevant post-collegiate job experience preferably in incentive compensation analysis or funnel
• analysisAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret a high volume of complex financ
