Job Description

Restosmile is a new-age oral-care brand from Delhi NCR, combining FMCG experience with modern influencer marketing.

We are inviting retired or senior ex-FMCG professionals (Sales Head, ASM, ZSM, NSM, Trade/Distribution Leaders) to guide and manage our local expansion through chemists, RWAs, and community-based sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and strengthen retail & chemist availability in Delhi NCR.
  • Activate RWA, society and community touchpoints for brand visibility.
  • Mentor young field executives & micro-influencers to drive product trials.
  • Guide performance-based distribution strategy and sales discipline.
  • Report simple weekly updates (Excel / WhatsApp format).
  • Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify new market opportunities, distribution channels, and customer segments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment across business functions.
  • Team Management
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Establish clear performance metrics and incentive structures.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training or coaching where needed.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
  • Sales Operations & Execution

Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.

  • Implement CRM tools and ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Negotiate key contracts and strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through high-quality service delivery.

Sales & Mentorship Capability

  • 9. Have you mentored or handled junior sales executives / field staff / promoters recently?
  • 10. What would be your preferred way to structure targets & incentives to keep local teams active?
  • 11. What kind of weekly reporting format suits you best (WhatsApp / Excel / verbal summary)?
