Senior Brand Specialist/Manager

What You’ll Do

• Work with Founders to shape brand strategy: positioning, segmentation, insights, pricing and personas.
• Own brand identity, voice and consistency across digital, social, PR and partnerships.
• Help the team drive high-impact campaigns, content, community and ROI-based initiatives.
• Lead research, analytics, budgeting, KPIs and performance tracking.
• Partner with leadership, sales, ops and agencies to fuel growth.

What We’re Looking For

• PG in Marketing/Business with

  5+ years in brand leadership

  (B2C preferred).
• Expertise in positioning, analytics, digital tools and brand custodianship.
• Strong storytelling, leadership and stakeholder skills; passion for eldercare impact.
• Self-starter comfortable with autonomy in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
