Senior Brand Manager -Emami Ltd

Role Objective

Drive brand strategy and execution to build equity, grow market share, and deliver top- and bottom-line results. Ensure consistent brand identity, impactful campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement brand strategy aligned with business goals.
• Build and sustain brand identity, positioning, and value proposition.
• Lead ATL & BTL campaigns, advertising, packaging, pricing, and promotions.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Finance, and other functions on product and market initiatives.
• Partner with agencies for high-impact campaigns and strong ROI.
• Track consumer insights, market trends, and competitor moves; identify growth opportunities.
• Manage budgets and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Lead promotions, retail audits, and engagement programs.
• Mentor brand executives and nurture a high-performance team culture.

Key Interfaces

• Internal: Sales, R&D, Finance, Corporate Communication, Media & Brand Development.
• External: Advertising & media agencies, market research firms, consultants, vendors.

Desired Profile

• Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing (preferably from a premier B-school).
• Experience: 7–10 years in Marketing, including 2–3 years in a brand leadership role.
• Skills:
• Functional: Marketing strategy, branding, promotions, media management.
• Behavioral: Leadership, communication, creativity, analytical ability, planning & execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
