Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Manager to lead, motivate, and supervise our sales team. The role involves developing sales strategies, achieving targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring excellent customer relationships while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives / Counselors
• Set clear sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly & quarterly goals
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
• Monitor daily sales performance and provide coaching & training
• Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify new market opportunities and business growth areas
• Prepare and present sales reports to management
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and ethical standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
