Sai CPA Services is a professional accounting and financial consulting firm specializing in tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and business advisory services. We are expanding our team and seeking a highly experienced Senior Bookkeeper to manage and oversee our clients’ accounting records with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping functions for multiple clients.
• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions (accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, bank reconciliations).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Oversee general ledger accuracy and maintain financial documentation.
• Review and manage client accounts to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Coordinate with clients, auditors, and tax professionals as needed.
• Supervise junior bookkeeping staff and ensure quality control of their work.
• Support tax preparation and year-end closing activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
• 8–15 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, or similar).
• Advanced Excel and data management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and client relationship management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with CPA firms or international clients (especially U.S. accounting).
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
• Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems and workflow tools.

Pay: ₹45,012.49 - ₹68,210.29 per month
