Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 2–4 years of proven expertise in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants, establishing strong vendor/client relationships, and ensuring successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and place bench consultants with direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners.
• Maintain a strong database of vendors, clients, and consultants for ongoing opportunities.
• Negotiate rates, contract terms, and close deals effectively.
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and consultants.
• Track daily submissions, interview schedules, and consultant status updates.
• Stay updated on current market trends to maximize placement opportunities.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of hands-on Bench Sales Recruiting experience in the US IT staffing industry.
• Strong knowledge of visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizen).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Proven ability to achieve targets and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proactive approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
