Senior BDM IT & Engineering Services

As a Senior Business Development Manager for IT & Engineering Services in the USA, you will have the responsibility of achieving Year-on-Year and quarterly sales targets in terms of revenue and acquiring new clients. Your role will involve end-to-end ownership of new business development and Account Mining. You should demonstrate hands-on experience and proven success in various areas such as Lead Generation, Pursuits, Closing, Account Development/Mining, and developing a long-term impressive Clientele with multi-year revenue streams. Desired Candidate Profile: - You must be able to deliver impressive year-on-year revenue growth and client additions consistently. - It is essential to possess a sound knowledge of positioning, selling, and growing Digital Technologies, IT solutions, and Engineering Services business specifically in the USA market. - A total experience of 8 to 12 years is required, with a minimum of 5 years in the IT/Engineering industry in the USA. - You should have the ability and experience to engage with senior management levels of Client Organizations, including CEO, CTO, CIO, VP & Director levels. - Demonstrated capability to secure mid-sized and larger clients in the US Market is crucial. You must excel in pitching and positioning at the CXO/VP level within relevant industries. - Profound expertise in selling Engineering, Product Engineering, Embedded, Edge Computing, IoT, ADMS, and Testing solutions is necessary. - Past experience in selling and winning ODC business, including Dedicated Teams for Clients (onsite/remote/offsite teams), will be advantageous.,
