Job Summary:

Senior Banquet Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  
• Identify and build relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, event organizers, and travel agents.
  
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to promote the banquet facilities.
  
• Coordinate with operations, F&B, and event teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
  
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets; track competitor activities and market trends.
  
• Negotiate contracts, packages, and pricing to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  
• Manage and mentor the banquet sales team to ensure performance and customer service excellence.
  
• Represent the brand at exhibitions, fairs, and networking events to enhance visibility.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Excellent negotiation and client relationship management.
  
• Proven track record in banquet or hospitality sales.
  
• Strategic thinking with target-oriented approach.
  
• Ability to manage multiple clients and events simultaneously.
  

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• MBA or Diploma in Sales & Marketing (preferred).
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banquet or hotel sales; local market knowledge is essential.
