Job Summary:

Banquet Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, and networking within the local market.
  
• Assist in promoting banquet packages for weddings, corporate events, conferences, and social gatherings.
  
• Meet prospective clients, conduct venue show rounds, and explain available facilities and packages.
  
• Coordinate with banquet operations, kitchen, and event management teams for successful event execution.
  
• Maintain client databases, prepare quotations, and follow up for closure and payments.
  
• Support the Senior Banquet Sales Manager in meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  
• Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to identify new business opportunities.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  
• Customer-oriented approach with a pleasant personality.
  
• Knowledge of event and banquet operations preferred.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banquet or hotel sales.
  
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred.
