of experience as a backend engineer in a

product-focused development environment

Strong
system design
skills with emphasis on
extensibility, scalability, and abstraction

Proven
platform mindset
ability to build reusable components and frameworks serving multiple teams.
Advanced
problem-solving and debugging
capabilities across distributed systems.
Solid understanding of
on-call operations
and
incident management best practices
.
Strong collaboration skills with a sense of
ownership and accountability
( agency-oriented mindset).
Excellent
technical documentation
and communication habits.

Technical Expertise

Hands-on experience developing and debugging
JVM-based
or
Go
applications (We heavily use Kotlin for backend).
Experience in
microservice-based
,
event-driven architectures
using modern frameworks and messaging systems (Kafka, Pulsar, etc.).
Familiarity with
observability stacks
(metrics, logs, traces) and
alerting systems
is a plus.
