We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Backend Developer who has strong experience in Node.js, MongoDB, and PHP, and is also familiar with the MERN Stack. You will be responsible for building scalable backend services, integrating APIs, and working on full-stack development when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain robust backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Work on PHP-based platforms or legacy codebases as needed.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Collaborate with front-end developers to implement and integrate features.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable, and secure code.
Troubleshoot and debug issues quickly and effectively.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
Work closely with product and design teams for feature discussions.

Technical Skills Required:

Backend: Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter preferred)
Frontend (Basic Knowledge): React.js, Redux, HTML/CSS, JavaScript
Database: MongoDB, MySQL
Version Control: Git/GitHub
API: RESTful API development and integration
Deployment: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Heroku, or DigitalOcean
Tools: Postman, Docker (optional), CI/CD tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes
Understanding of MVC architecture
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
