Position Overview:

An Senior AV Specialist , or Audio-Visual Engineer, is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment and systems. Their role is critical in ensuring that AV systems function seamlessly for various applications

What you ll do as the Senior AV Specialist

• Support, Manage teams, customer Handling for all AV project related activities, relationships with all major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) (like Logitech, Poly, Jabra, Yealink, Aver, Barco, Biamp, Shure, Crestron, QSC, Extron, Kramer, Lightware etc.), Supervise requirement gathering activities like site survey, Planning accurate and timely solution resolutions for service related issues, Strong understanding of AV schematics, role of various AV components and AV programming requirements, Effectively communicate with all relevant stakeholders.
• Must be Expert in Installation : Meeting Room, Boardroom, Training Room, Town Hall, Cafeteria, Collab Area, Cabins, Digital Signage, Videowall Displays, Active LED

What you will bring to the team:

• Experience - 4-6 Years
• Education Qualification - Diploma/B Tech or similar
• Candidate should be Self-motivated, smart and presentable with good Communication Skills
• Audio DSP Programming and Automation Controlling. Knowledge of preparing of BOM
