Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Automation Engineer who is passionate about automation, AI, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should bring strong hands-on experience in Automation, programming, and document processing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy automation.
Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks for repetitive and manual processes.
Integrate AI Agents and document processing solutions into automation pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective automation strategies.
Work with cloud environments, preferably using Docker and Kubernetes, to deploy and manage automation workloads.
Implement and optimize OCR-based and document processing solutions for structured and unstructured data.
Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of automation capabilities.

Required Skills and Experience

Total Experience: 9–10 years
Development Experience: Minimum 5 years in any programming language (Python, Java, C#, etc.)
3 years of RPA Experience
Knowledge of AI Agents and their integration in automation environments.
Working knowledge of OCR and Document Processing technologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.
