Senior Automation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Industrial Automation Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of industrial automation solutions for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation, control systems, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:

- Design and develop industrial automation solutions, including control systems, HMI, and SCADA systems.

- Develop and implement automation strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.

2. Implementation and Commissioning:

- Lead the implementation and commissioning of automation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and maintenance.

3. Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize production efficiency and quality.

- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for automation systems.

4. Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

- Troubleshoot and resolve automation system issues, including hardware and software problems.

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures for automation systems.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

2. Experience: 8-12 years of experience in industrial automation, with a focus on design, development, and implementation of automation solutions.

3. Skills:

- Strong knowledge of industrial automation technologies, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial networks.

- Experience with programming languages, such as C, C++, and ladder logic.

- Familiarity with industrial automation standards and regulations.

4. Certifications: Certified Automation Professional (CAP) or Certified Industrial Automation Professional (CIAP) certification preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
