Job Title: Internal Audit Manager
Company: Aimlay Pvt Ltd
Location: Rohini Sec-10, D Mall, Delhi
Salary: Up to ₹65,000 per month
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the internal audit team to ensure timely and accurate audits.
• Conduct stock audits, financial audits, and process audits across departments.
• Identify process gaps, control deficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and present audit reports to senior management with clear findings and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards.
• Monitor follow-up actions on audit findings and track resolutions.
• Coordinate with external auditors during statutory and tax audits.
• Build and maintain risk registers, internal controls, and SOPs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in all types of audits: financial, stock, compliance, and operational.
• Strong leadership and team-handling experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software.
• Knowledge of internal control frameworks and risk management practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA/Inter CA preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in auditing with at least 2 years in a managerial/team lead role.
