Job Description

Job Title: Senior- Audit and Assurance

Department: Audit & Assurance

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Reports To: Audit Manager/Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute statutory audit engagements as per professional standards
Perform audit procedures across financial statements, records & internal controls
Identify audit risks, assess potential misstatements, and document findings
Prepare audit reports and present key observations to management
Ensure compliance with Ind AS, SAs, Companies Act & CARO
Work closely with the audit team and mentor junior staff

Ideal Candidate

CA / Equivalent qualification
3-4 years
experience in statutory audit & assurance
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, auditing procedures, and compliance
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in audit tools and accounting software
