Job Title:

Senior Associate Finance (Operations)

Key Responsibilities

1. Payables & Vendor Management

• Drive monthly & quarterly reconciliations, ensuring vendor payments are made as per agreed terms.
  
• Communicate effectively with vendors for queries, disputes, and resolution.
  
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping, invoice reconciliation, and timely payments in

  Tally ERP

  .
• Monitor GST compliance and reconcile balances (GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, etc.).
  
• Recommend process automation to reduce manual work.
  

2. Banking & Treasury

• Manage daily banking operations including payments and receipts.
  
• Track and project cash outflows for vendors and conduct treasury analysis.
  

3. Receivables Reporting

• Monitor and report receivables on a daily/weekly basis.
  
• Reconcile discrepancies and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  
• Track receipts and escalate bottlenecks promptly.
  

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Generate weekly/fortnightly payables reports with aging analysis.
  
• Report on monthly business payables and fixed costs.
  
• Conduct actual vs. projections analysis for cash inflows/outflows.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Inter CA / MBA / M.Com

  with 24 years of relevant industry/domain experience.

• Mandatory experience working with an online/e-commerce platform.

• Strong fundamentals in

  financial accounting & reporting

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Tally ERP 9

  .
• Proficiency in

  Advanced Excel

  (SQL knowledge is an added advantage).
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive professional.
  
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
