Senior Associate - UK Quality

As a Senior Associate Legal UK Quality at EY, you will have the exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team within the GDS-GCO Enablement team in GDS India, supporting EY's UK Quality team. Your role will involve providing legal support to the business and becoming a trusted advisor to stakeholders, including engagement partners. You will play a key role in assessing and managing firm risks effectively. Your responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact for the UK business in Quality matters, providing support to the Quality team in the UK, reviewing various legal documents, and offering risk management advice. You will also be involved in creating and delivering training, liaising with internal specialist functions, and ensuring compliance with EY policies and procedures. To excel in this role, we are looking for a pragmatic problem solver with a drive to continuously enhance technical, functional, and professional skills. You should be a self-starter who can effectively manage a demanding workload in a challenging and fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should have a Law Graduate degree with 3-5 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal terms and conditions, particularly in the UK law context. The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with IT contracts, senior management, and stakeholder management. Knowledge of GDPR concepts, data protection, and security considerations is preferred. You should also possess project management experience and an understanding of compliance-related concepts.
