Job Description At PwC, your role in managed services will involve focusing on a variety of outsourced solutions and supporting clients across numerous functions. You will help organisations streamline their operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency by managing key processes and functions on their behalf. Your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization will be utilized to deliver high-quality services to clients. As part of managed service management and strategy at PwC, your responsibilities will include focusing on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, programmes, commercials, performance, and delivery risk. Your work will revolve around continuous improvement and optimizing the managed services process, tools, and services. Key Responsibilities - Assist in managing the transition projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights. - Support project managers in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies. - Prepare clear and concise presentations for internal and external stakeholders. - Assist in stakeholder communication and management to ensure all parties are informed and aligned. - Continuously seek opportunities to improve transition processes and methodologies. Qualifications Required - 6-8 years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, or a similar role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with SAP/ERP transitions is a plus. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency in ITIL Processes and understanding of Operating Models for Managed Services. - Process Mapping and Re-engineering skills. - Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
