About the Role


Senior Associate – Talent Acquisition (Tech Hiring)

Engineering and Product Management

You’ll be responsible for building a high-quality talent pipeline, owning the hiring process end-to-end, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience — all while maintaining speed, structure, and clarity in a dynamic, engineering- and product-led organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute the TA strategy

    across key functions like Backend, Frontend, DevOps, SRE, QA, Data Engineering, and

    Product Management

    , in alignment with business and growth goals.
  • Partner closely with engineering and product leaders to understand current and future talent needs and translate them into an actionable hiring roadmap.
  • Own and drive full-cycle hiring for niche and critical roles across tech and product, ensuring timely closures without compromising on quality.
  • Build and maintain a

    robust and predictable talent pipeline

    through outbound sourcing, referrals, market research, and strategic outreach.
  • Use data to track hiring health, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve recruitment plans and processes.
  • Create and present recruitment dashboards and hiring insights to leadership on a regular basis.
  • Champion a seamless and high-quality candidate experience

    across all touchpoints — from first contact to onboarding.


What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of core talent acquisition experience

    , with a strong track record in tech and product hiring at fast-paced tech companies, product startups, or internet businesses.
  • Deep experience in hiring for a wide range of technical and product roles — including backend engineers, SREs, QA/SDETs, data engineers, and

    product managers

    .
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — able to influence and partner with engineering and product leaders.
  • Understanding of tech and product org structures, hiring best practices, and industry benchmarks.
  • A

    data-driven, highly organized, and execution-oriented

    approach to recruitment.
  • You bring
