As a Senior Associate in Talent Acquisition based in Pune, India, you will be working in shift timings from 5 PM to 2 AM IST, aligned with the hiring regions of US, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. With 2-4 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to manage hiring processes globally, focusing on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring compliance with international labor laws and visa regulations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sourcing, screening, and hiring professionals across different markets using various platforms. - Managing the full-cycle recruitment process and collaborating with hiring managers to understand talent needs. - Building strong relationships with candidates, clients, and vendors. - Staying informed about global hiring trends and ensuring compliance with regional employment laws and diversity hiring policies. To succeed in this role, you should possess: - 2-4 years of experience in international IT and non-IT recruitment across US, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. - Strong technical expertise in IT skills, particularly in Cloud, RPA, and AI hiring. - Ability to source global talent using advanced search techniques. - Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in additional languages is a bonus). - Flexibility in work hours and an understanding of global visa and work authorization processes, especially in the US, Europe, APAC, and LATAM regions.,
