Job Title: Senior Recruiter - AI Hiring Experience Required: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Department: Talent Acquisition / Human Resources Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in hiring top-tier professionals for Artificial Intelligence (AI) companies or roles . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the AI/ML ecosystem, the ability to identify niche talent, and a proven track record of end-to-end recruitment for technical and leadership roles in AI-driven organizations. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for AI and technology roles (e.g., Data Scientists, ML Engineers, AI Researchers, NLP Specialists, etc.) Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and build detailed job descriptions for AI-related positions Source and engage candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Kaggle, Stack Overflow, and AI communities Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess technical aptitude and cultural fit Manage the recruitment pipeline and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process Develop strategic hiring plans and talent pipelines for future AI requirements Maintain and update hiring metrics, dashboards, and reports for leadership Stay up to date with AI industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and market demand Partner with external recruitment agencies and AI forums as needed to enhance reach Required Qualifications & Skills: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 4+ years in hiring for AI, Data Science, or Tech product companies Deep understanding of AI, ML, and data-related job roles and required skill sets Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment Proven experience hiring mid to senior-level tech professionals Preferred Skills: Experience working with or hiring for startups, AI research labs, or high-growth tech companies Understanding of hiring for AI-adjacent roles (e.g., DevOps for ML, MLOps Engineers, AI Product Managers) How to Apply: Interested candidates may send their resume and cover letter to m.gayathri@klh.edu.in Work Timings: Monday to Saturday(08:00 AM-04:00 PM)
