Talent Acquisition Specialist

What Youll Do:

End-to-end recruitment focused only on
AI/ML talent
.
Build pipelines of
AI Industry Experts
from top companies, labs, and communities.
Use platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Kaggle, AI forums, and conferences to source.
Partner with Deans and Department Heads to define and close AI roles.
Provide market insights on AI talent and compensation trends.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years in recruitment, with minimum 3 years hiring for
AI/Data Science/Tech roles
.
Strong sourcing and networking expertise with access to AI communities.
Proven track record of closing niche or senior-level AI positions.
Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
