Tech Sales Pilot Batch

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive inbound and outbound sales for technical products and solutions
  
• Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate tech-based solutions
  
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
  
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with a consultative sales approach
  
• Handle customer queries via phone, chat, or email as part of a blended process
  
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and product knowledge
  
• Promote a seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum

  HSC (12th Pass)

  or

  Graduate

  in any stream
• Must have

  at least 6 months of experience in any sales role

  (preferably BPO, Tech Sales, Inside Sales, EdTech, Telecom, etc.)
• Strong

  technical know-how

  or passion for technology is

  mandatory

• Excellent

  communication skills

  both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a

  24x7 rotational shift environment

  , including night shifts and weekends
• Must be

  target-oriented

  , self-driven, and adaptable in a dynamic sales environment
