Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SCM Analyst to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in supply chain management, with expertise in procurement, logistics, and warehouse management.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee and manage the revenue account independently, providing timely technical and commercial information related to the company's business.
Collaborate and train assigned SCM Analysts to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of materials to clients.
Analyze and resolve complex supply chain issues, providing innovative solutions.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and warehouse management principles.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Experience working with ERP systems and other supply chain management software is desirable.
