Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs daily activities related to the maintenance and end-user support of TrackWise.
Performs activities related to the maintenance or management of other Corporate Quality-related systems (e.g. SyncUp, SharePoint) as assigned.
Performs activities related to the maintenance or management of Corporate Quality related processes (e.g. CAPA management) and activities, as assigned.
Performs ad hoc Corporate Quality related administrative activities, as assigned.
Provides support for Corporate Quality management activities as assigned.
Participates in Corporate Quality-related process and system development activities, as assigned.
May lead Corporate Quality-related initiatives/activities, as assigned.

QUALIFICATION

High school education and plus some experience in a GXP or pharmaceutical industry role preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), email and voicemail.
Above average attention to detail and accuracy.
Organizational, interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
Ability to act independently and pro-actively. Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
